      Timings​. Please ensure that you arrive no later than 16.45 to check in for a prompt 17.30 start. Late arrivals will not only affect your experience and learning, but also that of your colleagues, and for that reason will not be permitted. If you are in a position where you think you may be late, then you must call the number at the bottom of these instructions. The program will close by 18.00 on the final day.

      Dress Code​. Please dress comfortably for the program.

      Dietary Requirements. Please email megan.martin@bridge-ability.com at your earliest convenience with any special dietary requirements.

      Equipment​. Everything that you will require to participate in the program will be provided for you. Please bring an open mind and a clear schedule.

      Question: Will I be able to leave the program early?

      Answer: No. The program is carefully planned and you will need to be there until the pre-arranged close time.

      Question: If I have a pre-arranged commitment will I be able to leave the program and re-join later?

      Answer: No. Attendance needs to be continuous from the start of the program on day 1 to the close of day 3.

      Question: If I am unable to attend the program, who should I inform?

      Answer: It is essential that you inform the appropriate contact within your business if you are unable to attend due to currently unforeseen circumstances. If in doubt, please also contact bridge][ability on the contact details below.

      Question: Will there be time on the program for me to make or receive a pre-arranged call?

      Answer: No, there will not be time for this during the program. Please ensure that you have made all necessary arrangements for cover.

    Messages. As you have seen in the agenda the days are very full and it is important that you are fully focussed on the program. There will be no time during the day to take calls or to reply to messages, in all but the most extreme cases. Mobile phones will not be allowed during the program. Please ensure that you have organised the appropriate level of cover for your work. We advise that you do not inform your customers or suppliers that you are attending a negotiation workshop. Please ensure that those covering for you have an appropriate reason for your absence.
