Your program will take place at 1 The Village Offices, Westfield Shopping Centre, Ariel Way
Timings. Tuesday 20 May 9.30am (arrival 9.15am) to 5.30pm
Equipment. Everything that you will require to participate in the program will be provided for you. Please bring an open mind and a clear schedule. By attending this program you will:Program Objectives- Understand the structure of a successful negotiation

Please ensure that you have made all necessary arrangements for cover.
Messages. It is important that you are fully focused on the program and there will be no time during the day to take calls or to reply to messages, in all but the most extreme cases. Mobile phones will not be allowed during the program. Please ensure that you have organised the appropriate level of cover for your work. We advise that you do not inform your customers or suppliers that you are attending a negotiation workshop. Please ensure that those covering for you have an appropriate reason for your absence.
