  Your program will take place at:

  Voith Training Center, Sank Pöltener Straße 39, 89522 Heidenheim

   

  Timings​.  Tuesday 29 April 08.30am – 6.00pm

  Equipment​. Everything that you will require to participate in the program will be provided for you. Please bring an open mind and a clear schedule.

  Question: Will I be able to leave the program early?

  Answer: No. The program is carefully planned and you will need to be there until the pre-arranged close time.

  Question: Will there be time on the program for me to make or receive a pre-arranged call?

  Answer: No, there will not be time for this during the program. Please ensure that you have made all necessary arrangements for cover.  

Messages. It is important that you are fully focused on the program and there will be no time during the day to take calls or to reply to messages, in all but the most extreme cases. ​Mobile phones will not be allowed during the program. Please ensure that you have organised the appropriate level of cover for your work. We advise that you do not inform your customers or suppliers that you are attending a negotiation workshop. Please ensure that those covering for you have an appropriate reason for your absence.
